The Ruler Library is open to all Guild members. There is a $20 deposit that is due the first time an item is borrowed. This deposit is fully refundable provided all borrowed items have been returned in the original condition.
Then lending period is 1 month, which can be renewed if no one has reserved the item.
The borrower is responsible for the cost to replace a damaged or lost item. Items are deemed lost if overdue for 30 days.
This is the ruler to use if you need 1/8″ markings. The black and white dashed eighth inch markings show on both light and dark fabrics. Refer to the black diamonds when cutting 1/8 inch strips; the white diamonds when cutting 1/4 inch increments. Forty-five degree angles are marked from corner to corner, perfect for squaring up blocks.
