The Ruler Library is open to all Guild members. There is a $20 deposit that is due the first time an item is borrowed. This deposit is fully refundable provided all borrowed items have been returned in the original condition.
Then lending period is 1 month, which can be renewed if no one has reserved the item.
The borrower is responsible for the cost to replace a damaged or lost item. Items are deemed lost if overdue for 30 days.
Ruler to square up blocks of 12″ or 6 1/2″. Can also be used of other dimensions.
